Interviews

2024-25 MRC LID Studentship interviews will be held over the week commencing Monday 18 March 2024. The actual interview date/s will be confirmed with applicants shortlisted for interview.

Applicants shortlisted for interview will be sent an email invitation from MRC LID. Once applicants have confirmed that they intend to attend, a further email will be sent with their interview timeslot and Zoom link.

The interview will include a five-minute timed pre-prepared presentation on a piece of research the applicant has previously been involved with/are currently working on. (This presentation must not be on the research project that the applicant has applied for.)

Multiple panels will be interviewing simultaneously. All interviews will be conducted over the same day/s via Zoom.

The MRC LID administration team will contact all applicants with a definitive outcome as soon as possible after decisions have been reached.
